Empowering Autism Spectrum Families
Ayana Jules, the mother of Gabriel, a young boy diagnosed with autism, brings a profound dedication and over two decades of medical experience to the autism community. Her extensive tenure in the medical field, including ten years in pediatrics, enabled her to identify early signs of autism in her son at just six months. This crucial early detection sparked her deep-seated commitment to enhancing understanding and support for autism.
In an effort to further her expertise and provide the best possible support for Gabriel, Ayana became part of the Neurology team at Nemours Children's Hospital. Her involvement there not only broadened her medical acumen but also provided her access to a vast network of specialists. Working in such a dynamic, interdisciplinary setting proved essential for obtaining a formal diagnosis for Gabriel through the hospital's acclaimed Autism Program.

Motivated by her experience, Ayana created "Hidden Jules" which in collaboration with The Global Family Support Foundation, takes part in planning social events designed to enhance social interactions and boost confidence among children on the autism spectrum. Moreover, Hidden Jules and GFS endeavor to distribute a wide array of educational resources and materials. These initiatives are designed to support not only children on the spectrum but also their caregivers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the challenges of autism effectively.
